1st year: 56 hours or 7 days
2nd -4th year: 104 hours or 13 days
5th-11th year: 144 hours, or 18 days
12+ years: 184 hours or 23 days
401(K) Retirement
Prepare for your future. Full-time employees are eligible for 401(K) retirement benefits. Murphy Family Ventures matches $0.50, up to 6% of your eligible compensation.

Employees, their spouses, and dependents are eligible for life insurance coverage at no cost to the employee.
