“On April 12th, Charles Rousey really showed us we are a team! Not only did he answer phones and take orders, he also sat reservations, ran food, and all around assisted us when we REALLY needed it. I don't think I've had this type of support here at the club since I started. His calm demeanor along side not holding his help over us was so refreshing it literally almost brought tears to my eyes when later recounting it to my family.” - Kristal Batchelor
“Charley Whaley is always on time and ready for work each day. He always has an awesome smile and is one our front-line greeters throughout the community..” -Christopher Randall
“I would like to nominate Jeff Hale. He started at RL in 2009 as a cart attendant and has moved up to first assistant golf professional. He is responsible for all tournament functions as well as member tournaments and other non member outings. He does an exceptional job communicating with Chris Humphrey and myself when these outings are taking place. He also gives Susan and her F&B staff a heads up if there is a day when the bar and restaurant may see an increase in people. He makes sure the courses are ready before sending anyone out. We meet on a monthly basis to discuss the closed days for each golf course. He takes his personal time to ride with each of us to get a better understanding of our side of the business and how important it is to have the closed days to keep everyone happy with the courses. We had a superintendent function yesterday as well as a high school match, and another outing, and he still took the time to make sure everyone was taken care of. He gives 100%, always has a great attitude and is just a great example of RL leadership.” -Chris Frutal
"Carlos Herrera always helps me when I have questions about a task and he is patient with me, he always tries to share what he has learned at work and he is a very good colleague." - Juan Islas
